Pick Up Dispatch office and/or the driver will contact you a few days prior to narrow down the pick up dates. At least 24 hours before the driver will contact you to give you an estimated time of arrival and make the preliminary pick up arrangements. Once the driver arrives, you or your designated representative must be present while the detailed condition report of the outside of the vehicle is done and then you or your representative will need to sign the condition report as being true and accurate. This entire process should take under 20 minutes. The driver will then load the car on to the truck. (This however may take a little longer depending on how many cars he needs to load and unload to put your car in the proper area of the trailer.) Once the paperwork is done, you are free to go and the driver takes care of the rest. From here your cars journey across the United States begins….. Delivery The driver and/or dispatch will contact you a few days prior to narrow down the delivery dates. At least 24 hours before the driver will contact you to give you an estimated time of arrival and make the preliminary delivery arrangements. If you or your representative will not be there, arrangements for a terminal delivery may need to be made. At that time you would contact dispatch for your options. Additional charges for terminal storage may apply. Please remember to get you COD amount ready for the delivery Cash or Cashiers Check ONLY. You or your designated representative must be present at the time of delivery. Carefully inspect the vehicle, in the unlikely chance that you see damage that was caused by our equipment or the driver, record them on the vehicle inspection. If you feel that damage was done, it is recommended that you take pictures to back up your claims. Then you will need to report the damage to dispatch immediately to file a claim. Once the delivery inspection is done, you will sign the inspection report and give the driver the COD amount due and then you get your car. It is that simple. All damage claims must be filed within 5 days of delivery of the vehicle. To file a claim you must submit 3 written estimates and pictures of the damage.
